An integral part of purchasing ProgressPlatform is the way it will be supported and maintained not only during implementation, but throughout the following years. We take the support of ProgressPlatform extremely seriously and pride ourselves on our proactive and approachable customer service philosophy. Our service level agreement includes the following:

Smooth implementation: we pride ourselves on developing a co-operative relationship with you, ensuring an efficient and effective implementation. Our team has significant change management skills and includes members who have extensive experience of rolling this system out.

Comprehensive training: Although ProgressPlatform is intuitive to use, full system training is provided as part of our implementation package.

Dedicated support: Customers are assigned a specific Relationship Manager for one-to-one contact and also have access to the ProgressPlatform helpdesk

Free upgrades: our pricing policy means that scheduled upgrades to ProgressPlatform are free for the duration of your licence.
